Where are these shops and libraries?

Except for the ornate library scene, which is from the National Library of the Czech Republic (click the link), all these pictures are from articles and ads from Biblio Magazine, generally cropped to fit my frame. I have no connection with these shops, and this is not an advertisement for them. I merely like the pictures:

Baroque Library Hall of the National Library of the Czech Republic in the Klementinum (the former Jesuit Collegium Clementinum) in downtown Prague (next to the Charles Bridge).
